qodev GmbH ("we", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we handle data on this website.
Website data collection
When you visit our website, we collect standard server log data including your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. When you contact us, we collect the information you provide, such as your name and email address.
Surveys
When you take a survey on this website, we store your answers and, if you provide them, your company website and email address. Answers are saved page by page as you go, so answers from a survey you did not finish are kept as well. They are stored on our own servers and not shared with third parties. Individual answers are kept confidential: we publish aggregated results only and never name companies. We use your email address to send you the results and a personalized report that compares your answers with the aggregated results of all respondents, and contact you about your answers only if you tick the box that allows it. You can ask us to show or delete your answers at any time.

Product data processing
When PEQY reviews your pull requests, customer source code is processed on qodev's servers at Hetzner in Germany, in isolated analysis environments. Source code is not stored permanently.
PEQY's only model subprocessor is OpenAI. Processing by OpenAI takes place under a data processing agreement with zero data retention, and customer code is not used to train models. Model inference currently runs in OpenAI's US region under that agreement; EU-region processing is in progress.
Nothing from one customer's repositories is made available to other customers.
